DAY 2: KAMPALA CITY TOUR | JINJA TOUR
After breakfast in the morning, you will meet with your guide who will drive you around Kampala during your city tour. You will head to Jinja first thing in the morning for a Jinja city tour, visit the source of the Nile, go for a boat ride to the source of the Nile, visit the Bujagali Falls, you will have lunch in Jinja and on your back, you will visit a historical and Cultural site called the Namugongo shrine where Uganda’s martyrs were killed and buried after they were condemned for their believe. When you get back to Kampala, you will visit the Kasubi Tombs which is the burial ground for Buganda’s kings. Later in the evening, you will visit the African village where you can buy some souvenir to take home. You will return to Kampala for dinner and overnight

DAY 3: L. MBURO NATIONAL PARK
After your breakfast, you will then drive towards Mbarara, along the Masaka Road. Along your way, you will have a stop over at the Equator in Masaka to take some photos, experiments to prove that you are standing the southern or the northern hemisphere. After taking the photo, then you will proceed to L. Mburo national park where you will enjoy an en route game drive en route when you get to park as the animals like herds of zebras, antelopes like Topis, Elands, the Uganda Kob ad many others the can be seen even along side the Mbarara main road before you enter the park. You will go have your lunch when you get there and then after lunch; you will go for a boat ride along the L. Mburo and from there you will see the water animals like the hippos, crocodiles, so many birds and if you are lucky you might even see the rare shoe bill stork. DAY 5: GAME DRIVE | TRANSFER TO L. BUNYONYI
You will have to wake up very early in the morning, then get your breakfast before you head out for your early morning game drive. During this drive, you will search for the early risers like Lions, leopards, hyenas; there will be so many animals out there in the park to see, like the Topis, the Uganda kobs, the elephants, hippos and many other animals. By mid morning, you will be through with the search and you will return to the lodge to rest a little bit as you wait for your lunch. DAY 6: VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK | RWANDA
Immediately, after having your breakfast, you will drive towards the border of Rwanda, cross into Rwanda however, you need to have processed your visa earlier and the single tourists visa can apply in this case these days. Once in Rwanda, you will just drive to Ruhengeri district which is also known as Musanze where the Volcanoes national park which is a home to hundred mountain Gorillas and gorilla tracking is the biggest activity that is done there. Though there are a few other tourists attractions in Musanze include; the Volcanoes National Park, Virunga Mountains with their four peaks- Bisoke, Muhabura, Sabyinyo and Karisimbi. Karisimbi is the highest peak which can be climbed in two days. But an easier climb can be done on Bisoke and that can be done in just one day. DAY 7: GORILLA TREKKING | VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK
You will have breakfast at your lodge; you will then go for briefing at the rangers’ station before 8 am. You will be assigned a ranger to guide you through the jungle as you search for the gorilla in Parc National des Volcano. Trekking the gorillas through the light mountain forest on the slopes of the Virungas is a very interesting and wonderful experience. Though this walk is actually might be strenuous, it is worth the trouble once you encounter that family of gorillas you will be looking for. It is so rewarding, you will be given an hour to spend with them to watch them play, feed their little ones, see that dominant male called the silverback too. After, that hour, you will walk out of the forest and head back to the lodge where you will rest a bit as you wait for your dinner since lunch will be like a picnic lunch that you will have to with in the morning when you leave for gorilla tracking because in most cases, tracking ends late in the afternoon and there will be no time to have lunch unless you walk along with it. DAY 8: BOAT RIDE ON L. KIVU | RWANDA
After having breakfast, you will then drive to Kibuye which is at the Eastern shore of L. Kivu. You will go for a tour on the Lake with exploration of the lake’s Island “Napoleons’ Hat” and then take a boat trip to Gisenyi at the Northern shore of L.
